The “Remix” series was first exhibited at the Freshpaint Art Fair in 2023. In her virtuosic painting language, Miriam Cabessa paints on pages from art books, thus creating an intimate pictorial dialogue with significant artists. The paintings receive a renewed historical reading out of curiosity for the contemporary.
