Ron Gilad

Ron Gilad born in Tel Aviv, graduated from the Industrial Design Department at Bezalel Academy. After a decade in New York, he returned to Israel and currently divides his time between Israel and Milan. His unique style moves between the functional and abstract, combining humor and surprises, characterized by innovative perspectives on everyday objects. His works, playing with optical illusions and deceptions, have gained international recognition – he was crowned Designer of the Year by WALLPAPER and ELDECOR, his designs are included in collections of luxury brands like CASSINA and FLOS, and in prestigious museums such as the Metropolitan and MOMA. Among his notable exhibitions: “The Logical, the Ironic, and the Absurd” at the Tel Aviv Museum.
