Born in 1977 on the island of Okinawa, Japan, he was immersed from an early age in the cultural and aesthetic values of his homeland, which remain a central source of inspiration in his work to this day.
In 1999, Oshiro graduated from the prestigious Politecnica di Design University in Milan, a city that has since become his professional and creative home. He gained extensive experience working with renowned designers such as Piero Lissoni in Milan and Edward Barber in London, who played a significant role in shaping his distinctive approach to design. In 2015, after years of accumulating knowledge and expertise, Oshiro established his studio in Milan, specializing in designs that seamlessly blend tradition with innovation.
